Margeaux, owner of positionRed , has been teaching Pilates in Chicago since 1996. She studied Pilates through The Physical Mind Institute and with Master Teacher Michele Larsson founder of Core Dynamics Pilates™. She has been an associate teacher of Michele Larsson’s Core Dynamics Pilates™ Teacher Training program since 2001. She is honored to carry on the history and lineage of Pilates through her own Teacher Training Program using the complete Core Dynamics™ curriculum. Margeaux is also trained in Gyrotonic™, and Gyrokinesis™, she studied this movement with Master Trainer Juergen Bamburger. She is certified in Movement Therapy for people with Parkinson’s Disease and was trained by John Argue author of “Parkinson’s Disease and The Art of Moving”. Margeaux is certified for Pole Movement with Empowerment through Exotic Dance™. With her training in all these amazing movements, Margeaux has created “RedDance^TM” a beautiful blend of Chakra energy and dance. She is also a Reiki Practitioner and incorporates this Japanese healing work in all of her classes. Margeaux’s passion for her teachers, students, clients, and her studio’s work runs deep from the essence of her being.

Carol is a world renowned Intuitive. She has worked with many politicians, celebrities, businesses, and individuals in the United States and abroad. Carol teaches a variety of classes at positionRed each focusing on the power of our own intuition.

Jan Hall - Pilates Teacher

Jan is a graduate of Drake University with majors in fitness and recreation. While attending Drake, her passion for fitness led her to run cross country and track.  She has over 10 years of extensive experience as a Program Manager and also teaching a variety of fitness classes which includes Pilates to Senior Citizens.  Jan is certified through Power Pilates for Mat Pilates.  She recently completed the Core Dynamics Pilates Teacher Training Program, tested and was certified with Michele Larsson at positionRed .  Jan teaches with a calm, kind, and positive tone from her voice through her body language.  We are grateful to have Jan, and her expertise of working with Seniors, teaching at positionRed .

Courtney Kees - Pilates Teacher

Courtney holds a degree in Television/Film.  she has become a known Make-up artist with Guerlain and NARS.  Courtney began Pilates in 2000 in Indianapolis, Indiana.  She has explored different Pilates training programs and found a strong connection with the detailed information she has received through the Core Dynamics Pilates Teacher Training.  She is currently completing her Teacher Certification at positionRed where Courtney believes her dedication has led her to find inner peace.  She is eager to share her knowledge and excitement with her students.  We are thrilled to have Courtney, her trained eye, her sweet heart and her passion for Rock and Roll teaching at positionRed .

Roland Dietz - Pilates Teacher

Born in the Netherlands, Roland moved to New York in 1994 and then to Chicago in 2003.  He is certified in Pilates through Core Dynamics Pilates Teacher Training and also teaches the Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis Exercise Method.  He has studied Pilates with Margeaux Raymond at positionRed and Gyrotonic with Master Trainers Alissa Seim and Angela Crowley.  He also completed his Gyrotonic Foundation Training with Master Trainer Sebastian Plettenberg in New York.  Roland was trained in Classical Ballet from the age of 4 and has continued dancing with his wife Marlene since the age of 16.  Together they have performed Jazz, Tap, Modern and Ballroom dance (in both Standard and Latin divisions).  He and his wife continue to expand their dancing abilities and most recently visited Argentina, Brazil and Spain to study Tango, Samba and Flamenco.  Roland has also studied Martial Arts (Fencing, Tae Kwon Do and Okinawa style Karate) and was 2^nd place recipient in Kata during the 1998 Tri-State Championship in New Jersey.  We are honored to have Roland, his attention to detail, his brilliant mind, and sense of humor teaching at positionRed .
